Google I/O 2012 started with this two hours long keynote. After watching it in live streaming, and having watched a few keynotes during the last years, I can assure you that this is one of the most interesting keynotes ever made.

Google didn’t just introduce a few products and updates, Google let us understand what it really is. From this perspective, we have been able to see the power that there is behind this company, the creativity that leads this team and the wish to see farther.

With more than 36k employees, you do not develop just a product, you develop a belief; a different way to see the world. Two days ago, Sergey Brin didn’t show us the best demo ever with project glass. He showed us his vision. A vision of a world more conncted ever, in which we would be able to see things and analyze them better day by day thanks to glass.

What people haven’t realized yet is that the future is present and present is future. The technology that we dream every single day, it is a reality and it is ready to use.
