anonymous logo 1 300x297 Anonymous replies to FBIOn the first of March, Robert S. Mueller, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), gave a speech about threat in the cyber world. He talked about cyber security and the possible threats in the next future about this topic, pointing out the fact that any kind of terrorism has started using the internet as a way to perform its own ideas.

We have had to wait for less than three days to see the Anonymous’ response on their blog. What they said was short, strict and easy to understand. Anonymous, once again, underlined the key values of their protest. As they say, they don’t represent just a little and weird group of people, but they represent the needs of the people.

In order to shut down the rumours about attacking the grid or any other modern technology, they started their short post saying that they would never attack the people, because they are them.

What most of the people and government didn’t understand about Anonymous is that they are an ethical group with good or bad ideas that will never hurt media (because they are a way to share knowledge) and the unarmed population of the world.

This what they posted:

Anonymous would never attack the people. Anonymous is the people. Anonymous is the people against the FBI and all their friends. Anonymous is an idea that lives in people and you never will be able to kill it or silence it.

A quote from Hermann Goering is followed by this short post:

“The people don’t want war, but they can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. This is easy. All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and for exposing the country to danger. It works the same in every country.” - Hermann Goering.

Is this an explicit reference to what happened in Iraq and Afghanistan? We can’t speak out about it, but it is very clear to see this connection by watching the video that has been added in the post.
