Biz Stone is the Co-Founder of Twitter. In the past years, he has also been involved in Xanga, Blogger, Odeo, The Obvious Corporation and Medium. He’s currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Jelly, a Q&A app based on images. Biz launched Jelly in January 2014 and since then has raised funding from relevant investors, such as Ron Conway to Reid Hoffman.

He belongs to the dropout generation, or better the one that has never finished University. He both attended the University of Massachusetts and Northeastern University, but never finished. In 2006, Biz Stone with Evan Williams, Jack Dorsey and other members of Odeo, acquired this company through Obvious Corporation. In the acquisition, Twitter was also included.

Twitter was what really launched Biz Stone in the “entrepreneurship world”, by making him part of a billion dollar company. He’s also an angel investor, with investments in Medium, Nest Labs and Square, two out of three founded by his previous Co-Founders(Dorsey and Williams).

Biz Stone is also a writer, with two books published,”Blogging: Genius Strategies for Instant Web Content (New Riders, 2002) and Who Let The Blogs Out? (St Martins, 2004)”.
