Sergey Brin is the guy that with Larry Page has founded Google. Native of Mosocow, with a bachelor of science degree with honors in mathematics and computer science from the University of Maryland at College Park, Sergey is currently on leave from the Ph.D. program in computer science at Stanford University, where he received his master’s degree. At Stanford, Sergey Brin met Larry Page and worked on a side project that became Google.
As of 2013, Sergey Brin’s networth is up to $24B. In the past years, he has invested in Tesla Motors, the company founded by Elon Musk, and 23andMe, which is run by his wife. In the past, he has been nominated by Forbes Magazine as the fifth most powerful man on earth with Larry Page. He has been actively involved in project glass by demoing several different prototypes and in the self driving car project that Google is trying to ship after 2017.
Bring is one of the first guys who understood the power of the internet. Twenty years ago, when the web was at its beginning, a few people understood the real power behind it.
