Quora is an extremely valuable place to know more about the things you love and to share your knowledge with the world. For this reason I have decided to post a few interesting answers (mine or not) that explain and describe the concepts treated on GreatPreneurs.
This is my personal answer to the question What are some ways Google could die?.

Edoardo Moreni, Blogger at GreatPreneurs.comI have been analyzing this question for a few months, firstly by writing a blog post about “How Facebook Will Fail”, because I think that the Fb has more chances to fail. Later I wrote a few blog posts about Google Plus in order to understand how the product is evolving.
After this brief study I have come to the point in which you see that Google will never die. This is going to be an eternal company. Google is working on too many projects and has too many ideas, which bring in a lot of revenues. It is not like Facebook, which is restricted to a particular(although huge) niche; on the other hand Google can do whatever they want whenever they want.
What I mean to say is that if they want to build cars (as they are doing it), they will do it. If they want to build the next huge ecosystem in tech history (as they are doing it), they will do it. If they want to build the future, (Google Glass Project), they will do it. If they want to build the next generation of buildings (homes), they will do it (Android@home - they are already doing it).
The power behind Google is immense, they are the first visited site in the world. If they want they can create a war, a diplomatic conflict, a revolution at any time. The entire world is in their hands.
How could they die?
Well, if Google dies it will mean that the Adsense model has collapsed. The most of their revenues come from Adsense and the way we interact with the web. Maybe, but not probably, in the web 3.0 the interaction between users will change and in this case the business model used by many several websites could collapse or vanish.
However Google is not going to fail for this reason, because it has a lot of momentum behind it. If the Adsense model fails, they will build another model or another project. With more than 36k+ employees they have enough brain power to figure out what the next big thing is gonna be, so if a product fails, another product will raise up.
The only possible reason behind the death of Google needs to be found behind money. If the richest man on the world decides to build a company with a large stack of its net worth, whose aim is to compete and defeat Google, that will cause a lot of troubles at Mountain View. If we hire the 4k best minds in tech and work with them for four years, we will probably develop new and interesting technologies to overcome Google’s power.
At this point I exclude the death of Google with the raising of a new startup. For the simple fact that it doesn’t make any sense. If a new startup came in the “game”, they would buy it( they can afford that) or they would simply cheat their ideas (as they are doing with other startups).
In conclusion I really don’t see how to destroy Google.
The final and most terrible solution is to direct a rocket on Google’s data centers.ps: I finish my answer by reminding you (as many people told me, “I was too young”) how much strong Yahoo seemed ten years ago.
